This delightful clematis is another outstanding variety from Brother Stefan Franczak’s breeding program in Warsaw Poland. The clear blue 3-4″ (7-10cm) flowers are produced in profusion from mid June to early September. Mature height is about 8-12′ (3.5-4.5m).
